Good morning!

I just received the official meet schedule for the Splash Meet tomorrow and have attached a file of the timeline.

1st Session: 10&Under

Meet Arrival: 7:45 AM

Warm-ups: 8:00-8:20 AM
Meet Start: 9 AM

2nd Session: 11&Up

Meet Arrival: 11:45 AM

Warm-ups: 12:00-12:20 PM

Meet Start: 1 PM

Timing/Scoring: Electronic timing (touch pads) and standard scoring will be used for this meet

Awards:  Ribbons to be awarded are 1st - 10th places in each individual event, plus heat winner ribbons, and 1st - 4th places in each relay event.

Hospitality: A hospitality room will be available for parent volunteers

Team Area: No team areas or parents are allowed on pool deck, but I will have our team banner up in the spectator area.

Bullpen: The bullpen (staging area) will be provided for the 10 & Under age groups, but older swimmers are responsible for reporting to their assigned heats and lanes. 

Concessions: A concession stand will be available right outside the pool deck. Heat sheets will be sold at the front desk. Experienced parents please help the new parents out on how to use the heat sheets! I've attached a file of the hand graph that most swimmers put on their arm.

**Swimmers and parents, please wear your navy blue team shirts for this meet!**
