Swimmer RSVP - Home Page/Events Page

• To accurately track which swimmers will be available for events & relays at Meets, parents are required to log-in online and indicate whether or not their swimmer(s) will be attending each upcoming Meet.
• AFTER swimmer sign-up opens, navigate to the Swim Meet on the Calendar and click the green "meet entry" button.
• For each of your swimmers, click the drop down next to their name and select either: Attending or Not Attending
• Meet Registration closes the Monday before a meet at 7 pm. This is a GCSL rule, NO EXCEPTIONS!
• We understand that with summer travel plans it is often impossible to make every swim meet. That is ok. However, please make sure that you edit your swimmer's attendance to properly reflect any changes BEFORE the Meet deadline.
• Note: Swimmers can be entered in up to 3 individual events and 2 relays, depending on the size of the Teams, Meet, and Pool. Some swimmers may only have 2 individual events.

• While designating your swimmer’s attendance for the meet, you can also sign-up for your preferred volunteer shifts. EACH SWIM TEAM FAMILY is required to sign up for 5 shifts. Parents can choose to work these shifts in either ½ or full job slots. Team Bonding Events and Stoke & Turn/Official training also count as one required volunteer shift.
• Volunteers must work the entire shift even if their swimmer(s) finishes before the shift is over.
• Please make sure to carefully select volunteer slots for only the Meets you and your swimmer(s) will attend.
• You must complete your 5 parent volunteer shifts even if your swimmer does not swim in Meets. If a scheduled volunteer does not find a shift replacement or is a no-show for a shift, their swimmer(s) will not be allowed to sign-up or swim in any following Meet, until the penalty fee is paid.

How to Register for Jobs at a Meet:

• Go to the Swimtopia Website. The "log-in to your account" is found in the upper right-hand corner.
• If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
• Go to Events & Meets tab.
• Scroll to the green "Job Entry" tab.

Job Sign-up:

• Click the green "Job Sign-up" tab and sign up for volunteer shifts. (Note: One parent may select jobs for both parents, if they so choose. To save time, scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed, from there you can select a job for that parent as well). If you know your family will not need to work this Meet, skip to Swimmer Sign-Up.
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Sign-Up Calendar.
