Hello Everyone,

Earlier in the season, if you remember, we announced that this year we would have a contest for the design that would appear on the back of the t-shirt for next season. Well, that time has come and we will now start accepting entries for the contest. The rules are as follows:

1. Please email your design submissions in JPEG, or PNG format to the following email address: daculadolphinsswimboard@gmail.com. The design entries will need to be submitted by Monday July 16, 2018. Depending on the amount of entries submitted, the coaches will narrow the selection down to a manageable amount in order to allow everyone to vote for the best drawing.

Qualifications for Entry

a. No artwork displaying vulgar or suggestive messages will be accepted.

b. This is not a collaborative effort, therefore artwork will be created and submitted by one individual and not a group.

2. Voting will take place via the website, as we have built a link on the page to place the entries and allow everyone to cast their vote for the best entry. Additional details on how to vote will come as it gets closer to the time for voting.

3. We are asking everyone to use the honor system as it relates to voting. We do not want to see an individual with an astronomical amount of votes. If this occurs, the entry will be disqualified.

4. In the event of a tie, the coaches will make the tie-breaking vote.

Finally, as we stated at the beginning of the season, the winner of the contest will be announced at the End of Year Party on July 25, 2018. The winner will have his or her tuition waived for next season. Encourage the kids to become creative and work on the t-shirt design for next season.
