Dear Dacula Swim Team Parents!

Picture Day for this season will be Wednesday, June 7th, with individual photos beginning at 7:00pm!! Please make every effort to arrive by 7:15pm so the team photo is not delayed at 7:30pm! Individual photos can be taken any time you arrive as well as after the team photo until around 8:00pm depending on demand! 

How This Works:

1. If you would like individual photos, go to the link below to register and buy your Photo Pass/Gift Certificate before Picture Day by going to the web address below or by clicking on the QR code. YOU WILL SAVE TIME BY DOING THIS BEFORE ARRIVING AT PICTURE DAY: WWW.TSSORDERS.COM and enter EVENT # 27196921 OR

2. The Photo Pass will be applied directly towards your purchase of any of our products and packages online after you have had the opportunity to view your images (we take multiple poses). We have packages ranging from $25.00-$75.00 and a la carte items starting at $12.00 so there is something for all budgets.

3. Save your e-mail receipt as it will have your Photo Pass (Gift Certificate) code. You will use this to your credit when you order your photos.

4. Check in at the Customer Service table when you arrive to pick up your child’s card and show them your VG registration code and you can head to the photography area! If you are not having individual photos taken, please send your child to the team photo area when you arrive.

Again, all you need to do is purchase a Photo Pass on or before Picture Day and you will be able to select your merchandise and poses within 3-5 business days of Picture Day! If you do not have a credit card, you may pay by cash or check on site. If you do not attend Picture Day or for some reason you do not like your photos, we will gladly refund your pre-pay amount.
