I hope you all enjoyed your 4th of July! As you all know, we have our biggest meet of the season this weekend. Please CAREFULLY READ the following information :)

• Warm-Ups: 4:30 PM
• Meet Starts: 5:30 PM
• BE THERE AT 4:00 PM

SATURDAY AM SESSION

• 6&U, 8&U 
• Pool: Ruby Fulbright Aquatics Center     Address: 120 Paul Franklin Road, Clarkesville, GA 30523
• Warm-Ups: 8:20 AM
• Meet Starts: 9:00 AM
• BE THERE AT 8:00 AM

• 10&U, 11-12 BOYS ONLY
• Pool: Ruby Fulbright Aquatics Center     Address: 120 Paul Franklin Road, Clarkesville, GA 30523
• Warm-Ups: 12:40 PM
• Meet Starts: 1:10 PM
• BE THERE AT 12:15 PM

NOTE - Please be there at the time stated above, NOT right before warm-ups. You all have put tremendous effort into this season and we ask that you get there on time just once more! If you cannot get there in time, find another way to have your child get there. Before warm-ups, I need time to talk to each swimmer individually and to the team as a whole in preparation for relays and the parade.

PARADE

Each team's swimmers will participate in a mini parade prior to the start of each session. Parents have your cameras ready! This will be fun and we will have an awesome banner!

RELAYS

Please know that the coaches do not have favoritism when forming relays. I have a program on my computer that automatically chooses the 4 best legs of each relay based on their seed times. If your child is not in a relay, it is because there were not enough kids to form one. With that being said, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE prior to the relays if you child is in one or two. (File attached)
