To all parents who have children participating in the Splash Meet, please READ carefully.

Location: Frances Meadows Aquatic Center      Address: 1545 Community Way, Gainesville, GA 30501

If your child is 10 years or younger, please be at the pool at 7:45 AM at the latest. Warm-ups begin at 8 AM. 

If your child is 11 years or older, please be at the pool at 11:30 AM at the latest. Warm-ups begin at 11:45 AM. 

A couple important things for the meet:

• Heat Sheets will be sold at the front desk for $5.00 all day. Every single family needs to purchase one. The coaches will not have the time nor is it our job to write down swimmers' event, heat, and lane on their arms. I have attached a file that explains how to do it. In addition, Mrs. Mai Yin will be available in the AM session to help any new parents out! She will be wearing a pink hat. You can also reach her at 6785247992
• There will be a bullpen (staging area) for the morning session. Junior coaches will be taking your swimmers from the team area to the bull pen. 
• Parents are not allowed on the pool deck. However, I have attached a file that shows the spectator areas. I will also put up our team banner in our team area to help you guys get seated.
• Please make sure your kid(s) gets a good night sleep. Have them eat a dinner full of carbohydrates and STAY HYDRATED!
• What to bring? - A sharpie, highlighter, healthy snacks, water, GOLD team cap, goggles, towel, suit, and cash for concessions/heat sheets
• If your child is in a relay, DO NOT leave early. Being a part of the team means your teammates can depend on you and you can depend on them.
