Parents, 

Please plan to be @ practice @ 6:30 PM on 5/11. I must have physical concussion forms SIGNED for all swimmers before the are able to get in the pool. I know we have older swimmers that drive. PARENTS MUST Sign concussion your concussion forms for you to enter the pool. Also, we need ALL swimmers to try on and use the QR code to add your swim suit size. THIS IS DUE by 5/13. We are placing orders for suits on 5/13. That is the cut off date. No exceptions as we have to have suits in time for our first meet. We are looking forward to seeing everyone and a great season ahead.
