Parents,

I usually hold a quick timers training session at practice prior to our 1st meet. This year I will be training at our mock meet. I would love it anyone who has not timed before or needs a refresher to please come time at the mock meet. We will also love to show parents what a stroke and turn judge does. We are still in need of some parents to be  certified stroke and turn  judges. For each meet we must have 2 stroke and turn judges. As always please reach out of you have any questions.
